Have you ever want wanted to work out like a professional athlete? Now you can try working out alongside a pair of Calgary Stampeders, Benjamin D’Aguilar and Adam Thibault. The two athletes are using their years of experience from training both on and off the field to help participants get up and get moving.

Joel Otto remained in Calgary where he has been assistant coach of the city’s WHL team —  the Calgary Hitmen. He had a successful NHL career with the Calgary Flames where he spent 11 seasons playing centerman, but now he’s taken his experience off the ice.

Running is one of the most popular activities in the world, however, it results in nearly half of all runners experiencing an injury each year. These injuries aren’t limited to professional athletes but can affect recreational runners to the same extent, according to Reed Ferber. This University of Calgary researcher and director of the Running Injury Clinic, Ferber believes he has the solution to overcoming these injuries.
